HAL MT Recruitment 2012 Notification, Form & Eligibility

Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) has just today issued recruitment notification 2012 for 343 MT (Management MT) from the disciplines of Engineering, Finance & HR. Since no prior experience is required, these MT jobs in HAL can be applied by Freshers. As per the notification, submission of forms has already began from 1200 hours today (i.e. 3rd October, 2012) and the last date of  submission of form for HAL MT Recruitment 2012 is 19th October, 2012 (1200 hours).
This blog post tells you in a nutshell how to apply for this HAL MT recruitment by quoting the important information from the notification. In another blog post titled: HAL MT Exam Pattern, Sample Papers & Books, I would provide you the prep materials to help you prepare for the HAL MT written exam.But first a small synopsis on Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.With its head-office in Bangalore, HAL is one of Asia's largest aerospace companies. It built the first military aircraft in South Asia and is currently involved in the design, fabrication and assembly of aircraft, jet engines, and helicopters, as well as their components and spares.Manned by approx. 34,000 employees, HAL has 20 Production /Service Divisions and 10 co-located R&D Centres spread across the country. It has tie-ups with several major international aerospace agencies such as Airbus, Boeing, Sukhoi Aviation Corporation etc.
You can find the post-wise, category-wise MT vacancy positions in HAL in the table at left.Approximate CTC in the form of stipend offered by HAL to MT during the one year training period is Rs. 4 to Rs. 4.5 lakhs.
On successful completion of the training, MTs are absorbed as Engineers /Officers and HAL offers salary in pay-scale of Rs. 16,400-40,500/-, with which CTC is approx. Rs. 6 to Rs. 6.5 lakhs.HAL MT Recruitment Eligibility:Age Eligibility: Max: 28 years (as on 01.10.2012). Relaxations exists as per Govt rule. Academic Qualification Eligibility:Eligibility For MT (Technical):
Minimum 65% marks ( for SC/ST: 55% Marks) in aggregate in engineering degree exams.
For Aeronautical Branch: Minimum 60% marks ( for SC/ST: 50% Marks).Eligible disciplines: Aeronautical / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical /Metallurgy / Production.

Eligibility For MT (Materials Management):
Minimum 65% marks ( for SC/ST: 55% Marks) in aggregate in engineering degree exams.
Eligible disciplines: Electrical / Mechanical /Production.You can find the eligible branches of engineering degree for above disciplines in page-4 of the notification.
Eligibility For MT (Finance):
Graduation (10+2+3) with a pass in final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Graduation with 2 years Full Time PG Degree / Diploma / MBA / MSW /MA (3 + 2 years after 10 +2) with specialization in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from recognized Institutes / Universities.Minimum 60% marks ( for SC/ST: 50% Marks) in aggregate Bachelor’s Degree and Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in above qualification.
Selection process for HAL MT consists of an Online test followed by Interview. HAL MT Online test would be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Noida, Pune & Vijayawada. HAL MT Online test would consists of a 200 question, 3-part exam which has to be answered in 2-1/2 hours. More about it in my next blog post titled: HAL MT Exam Pattern, Sample Papers & Books.HAL MT Recruitment 2012 Online form:You have to apply only online for these HAL MT jobs. There is no offline form.Please go through the instructions given clearly on how to submit the online form in section: “HOW TO APPLY? The Admit Card would be available for download from 26th October, 2012 onwards.
