The downloaded PDF application form has to be filled and couriered along with DD for Rs 750 drawn in favor of SRMIST payable at Chennai to Director, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur – 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, India.
Write to Director, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur – 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu, India along with DD for Rs 750 drawn in favor of SRMIST payable at Chennai, with a covering letter mentioning clearly the complete postal address. Candidate should write their name and address on the reverse of the DD.
