UPSEE 2013 Application / Admission Process goes Online

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam UPSEE 2013 Entrance Exam organised by  Gautam Buddha Technical University (GBTU) is expected to go online this year. University officials inform the UPSEE 2013 Application process and UPSEE 2013 Entrance examination will go Online for B.Tech Admissions.

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination UPTU SEE 2013 will be held on April 20 and 21. The university had gone paperless (Online) last year for MBA, MCA state entrance exam (SEE).

UPTU official Said that they had received a good response form the UPSEE Applicants last year on conducting online MBA, MCA entrance exams. He said that with the use of Online Process the Admission Process will become simple and easy. Also Results Deceleration will be easy than usual.

As Per the Official Sources from the UP Technical University UPSEE 2013 Application Process for admissions to B.Tech Programs totally goes online.

SOA University SAAT 2013 Counselling / Admission Process

The Siksha O Anusandhan University SAAT 2013 counselling of qualified candidates shall be held in the university campus / ITER Campus. The exact schedule of Siksha O Anusandhan University SAAT 2013 counselling shall be intimated later to the qualified candidates along with their SAAT 2013 rank cards. SAAT 2013 Counselling and seat allocation will be purely on merit basis i.e. based on the performance in the SAAT 2013 Entrance Test.  SAAT 2013 Counselling Schedule will be published in the website on the day of declaration of SAAT 2013 Result.

Candidates have to attend the SAAT 2013 counselling as per the SAAT 2013 Counselling schedule. SAAT 2013 Counselling Verification of original documents would be done at the time of counselling / admission, so as to verify records of identification, age, qualifying examination and category of candidates. The university shall fill up 35% of seats through AIEEE (B.Tech.),15% through AIPMT (MBBS / BDS) and 15% NRI in lieu of management quota (these candidates must be qualified in SAAT-2013 or any equivalent State/National level Entrance Test). Rest of the seats will be filled up through SAAT– 2013.

For Siksha O Anusandhan University SAAT 2013 lateral entry, the university shall fill up 20% of seats in each branch of B.Tech, B.Pharm and BHMCT through counselling over and above the sanctioned strength.

The university reserves the right to fill up the vacant seats, if any, in any discipline on a suitable basis as approved by the competent authority of the university.

IIST 2013 Admission Notification

All the Students who aspires to appear for Indian Institutes of Science and Technology IIST ISAT 2013 Entrance Test are here by informed that the ISAT 2013 Entrance Test  will not be conducted. Admission for IIST 2013 will be based on the All India Rank List (including category rank list) to be prepared and published for the year 2013 by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

This rank list is based on 60% weightage of score in the Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) – 2013, and 40% of normalization score in Class 12th or other qualifying examinations. Additional screening criteria for IIST B.Tech Admissions will be announced at a later date.

Candidates shall be offered admission based on their choices and All India Ranks of JEE (Main) through a counselling procedure to be announced later. The candidates will be able to make their choices online for branches/programmes and institutes at appropriate time.

The verification of documents would be done at the time of JEE Main 2013 counselling/admission. The purpose would be to verify different records regarding identification, age, qualifying examination, state of eligibility and category of the candidate. On failing to produce any of the authentic documents, the candidates will not be considered for admission.

SC, ST, OBC and PwD candidates will be required to produce original certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of counselling as well as at the time of admission, failing which they will not be considered for admission.

Students who aspires for admission to B.Tech program may procure the prospectus and application form from UPES Enrolment Offices at Dehradun/ Delhi on payment of Rs 1850 through DD (Rs 1750, if paid by cash )   payment should be made in the form of demand draft drawn in favor of UPES Fee Account, payable at Dehradun/ Delhi.

GOA CET 2013 Admission Cancellation and Fee Refund

All the Students who appeared for GOA CET 2013 Counselling for Admission in Various Undergraduate Programs and Aspires to Cancel the Seat Allotted in GOA CET 2013 Counselling are hereby informed that the DTE GOA has Published Guidelines for GOA CET 2013 Seat Cancellation and Refund Rules. 

Students who are interested to Check the GCET 2013 Seat Cancellation and Fee Refund Instructions are hereby informed to check the Instructions given Below.

1. An applicant who has paid the admission fees at the Admission Centre but fails to report at the college within 3 working days of grant of admission may forfeit the claim for admission and his/her entire admission fee paid shall be forfeited.
2. If any information/certificate submitted by the applicant in connection with his/her admission is found to be incorrect later on at any time, his/her admission shall be cancelled forthwith and the entire fees shall be forfeited.
3. Admission offered to the applicants shall be cancelled, if at a later stage, the Goa University declares that the applicant is not eligible for admission. In this case, the entire fees, except admission fees (Rs.850/-) will be refunded.
4. If the candidate expires or becomes invalid within 90 (Ninety) days of the date of final round of admission, the entire fee including admission fee shall be refunded.

1. Vertical Mobility or transfer from one course/ institute to another; from one category to another or from one branch to another in the same institute for the courses included within this prospectus during the admission rounds shall not be treated as cancellation of admission. There shall be no deduction on this account. In such cases, the bank draft submitted by the student shall be returned to him and a new bank draft shall be accepted. Candidate taking admission to NIT under seats reserved for Goa State shall be treated as vertical mobility.

2. Admission fee of Rs.850/- shall not be refunded under any circumstances except clause 4 above.

3. If an applicant desires to cancel his/her admission for any reason whatsoever, during the Centralised Admission process, but before the start of the academic session (the date decided by Goa University), he/she shall be allowed to do so. It shall be presumed that the admission is cancelled at that stage and he/she shall forfeit the admission fee. The other fees shall be returned to him/her.
4. If an applicant cancels the admission after the start of the notified academic session, he/she shall be entitled for refund of fees, provided the refund is sought within 10 days from the date of first admission /date of start of notified academic session, whichever is later, Rs.1000/- shall be deducted towards cancellation charges by the institution from which the admission is cancelled.
5. If an applicant cancels the admission after the start of the academic session but within 30 days from the date of first admission/date of start of academic session, whichever is later, he/she shall be entitled for refund of fees, after deducting, Rs.2000/- towards cancellation charges by the institution, from which the admission is cancelled.
6. If an applicant cancels the admission beyond 30 days after the start of the academic session/date of first admission, whichever is later, he/she shall be entitled for refund of fees, after deducting, Rs.2000/- towards cancellation charges by the institution, from which the admission is cancelled, provided the vacancy created due to his/her cancellation is filled up in subsequent rounds of admission. However, applicants admitted during the 3rd /subsequent rounds if any, shall be entitled for refund as above provided the vacancy created due to his/her cancellation is filled up in subsequent rounds of admissions. Such applicants shall apply for refund from the Institution, within 15 days of his/her cancellation.
