NMCCO Recruitment 2012 Notification Form & Eligibility

National Micro Credit Control Organisation (NMCCO) Recruitment Notification 2012 came out some days back for 1721 vacancies and only three days remains now to apply for this recruitment. As per the notification, last date to apply online/offline for NMCCO Recruitment 2012 is 10th November, 2012.

What is NMCCO:

NMCCO is a micro credit organisation, established to foster development of micro-finance sector in India. NMCCO distributes small loans from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 45,000 to poor women to help them set up simple businesses (like raising cows and goats to sell milk, opening a village tea stall etc.) and increase their incomes.
National Micro Credit Control Organisation uses the group lending model where poor women guarantee each other’s loans. Borrowers undergo financial literacy training and must pass a test before they are allowed to take out loans. Re-payment rates on NMCCO collateral-free loans are more than 99% because of this systematic process.

NMCCO Vacancy 2012:
There are 1721 vacancies at four level : Credit Manager, Junior Accountant, Multi Tasking Staff (Clerk) & Peon. You can find the category-wise break-up of the vacancies in the table at right.

NMCCO Salary:
NMCCO is offering salary in following pay-scales:
Credit Manager: 9300-34000 G.P 4200
Junior Accountant: 5200-20200 G.P 2400
Multi Tasking Staff (Clerk): 5200-20200 G.P 1800
Peon : 5200-20200 G.P 1400

Eligibility for NMCCO Recruitment 2012:
Post-wise eligibility for NMCCO Recruitment 2012 is given below:
Eligibility for Credit Manager: Graduation, Age eligibility: 18-36 Year.
Eligibility for Junior Accountant: Intermediate, Age eligibility: 18-36 Year.
Eligibility for Multi-Tasking Staff (Clerk): Matric, Age eligibility: 18-36 Year.
Eligibility for Peon: Class 8th pass, Age eligibility: 18-36 Year.
Above eligibility are required as on the last date of application (i.e. 10th November, 2012).

Selection process for NMCCO Recruitment 2012:
For the positions of  Credit Manager, Junior Accountant & Clerks, the selection process would consist of a written test, followed by Interview.

NMCCO Exam 2012 consists of a 160 question, 200 mark single question paper which has four test sections: Professional Knowledge, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Ability. This question paper has to be answered in 2 hours.

The written exam would be held in following 20 city/towns all across India: Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Thiruvananthapuram.

NMCCO Recruitment 2012 Application Form:
Date of submission of Online application form for NMCCO Recruitment 2012 is already over on 30th October, 2012.
But however you can apply through Offline application form upto 10th November, 2012, which you can find in page: 4-5 of the Notification. The application form has to reach the following address through ordinary post within 6.00 P.M. on November 10,2012:
