Then you have to report in the concern college with the copy of the allotment order before the date they have mentioned in the allotment order. If you don’t want to join in the college which you got and you want to cancel the seat and get your certificates back means you have to hurry up. because if the certificates reaches the colleges means then you have to pay some amount to the colleges to get them back.
