Vignan University Conducts All India VSAT 2013 Entrance Exam for Providing Admissions to the Various B.Tech Courses Offered. Admissions to B.Tech Courses will be Made based on the Merit Marks Scored in the VSAT 2013 Entrance Exam, JEE Main 2013 and EAMCET 2013.

Automobile Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Information Technology (IT), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Textile Technology and Agricultural Engineering (Proposed).

Candidates born on or after 1 July ,1992 and a pass in Intermediate or its equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate
marks are eligible to appear for the admission test.

Admission to B.Tech programmes will be through an on-line test V-SAT 2013. (Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test . VSAT is an on-line test to be conducted on all India basis).

One of the best way to avoid the pressure is just to do what your parents need exactly from you, most of the parents expect from you is to come home in time, do your home work, scheduling your time, preparing for the exams accordingly, finally performing better in the exams. they doesn’t force you if you are showing the better results, that will give them a fell that you will reach their expectations and they will not force you to do so, this shows that you are maintaining co-operative relation ship with your parents that reduces parental pressure. If you are a person who is already experiencing parental pressure, they need to find try to discuss it with your parents and tell them regarding the problem that you are facing. Try to do yoga daily this will reduce some pressure on you and you can plan your daily schedule and go a head with your preparation. Tips to get out of the Parental Pressure :

JEE Mains 2013 – Change in Tie Break Norm – one more favor for Girl Candidates

Other than 33% reservations the Government of india is going to do another favor for Girls, for getting in to the Premiere engineering institutes in india like IITs, IIITs, NITs which are providing admissions through JEE mains 2013. There may be some changes in the Tie break system.

Previous Tie-break system :

The tie-break criterion, in the various rank lists, adopted for awarding ranks to the candidates who have scored the same aggregate marks is as follows:
Subject-wise average marks will be calculated for each rank list. Among the candidates having the same aggregate marks, a candidate will be ranked higher, if he/she has scored higher marks in the subject with the lowest average marks calculated as above. If there is a tie after this procedure, then the marks obtained by the tied candidates in the subject with the second-lowest average marks will be considered, and the above procedure will be repeated.Candidates tied even after this procedure will be given the same rank.

Proposed Tie-break system :

In case of Tie Break between a girl candidate and a boy candidate the preference will be given to the girls. This change is suggested by Joint Admissions Board to correct the gender inequality in the Premier institutes like IITs, IIITs, NITs and some more institutes. lot of time is left for the exam to be conducted, so that they can introduce this new norm at any point of time before the exam is being conducted. Though the JEE Advanced 2013 information Bulletin is released already and the board may introduce this new norm and will notify to the students in advance.

Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Review – Story, Gameplay, Graphics and Rating

It’s become almost a routine now, a new Call of Duty game releases every year, breaks records and has a lot of people talking about it. It’s got the fair share of fans and detractors and most game forums are filled with discussions comparing one game with another. Our Call of Duty Black Ops 2 review, on the other hand is completely neutral and free from the hype. So how does the newest Call of Duty stack up? There’s been a whole lot of expectations from this game after the success of the previous Black Ops and for the most part, you won’t be disappointed.

Black Ops had a pretty good story that had David S. Goyer as a consultant, and this time around, he’s written most of it. Yes, the very same writer of The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises has penned the story of Black Ops 2, and it’s a very good story too. The story spans mainly 2 generations, the 70's and 2025 and you get to play as multiple characters. The main characters you will be playing as, are Alex Mason (protagonist of Black Ops) for the 80's timeline and David Mason, his son, for the 2025 timeline.

The story of Black Ops 2 revolves around Raul Menendez, a cyber terrorist who is hell bent on inciting a war between the United States of America and China. How he does it, why he does it, to what end and how the main characters lives are tied into it forms the gist of the story. Admittedly, there’s a lot of twists and turns and I basically don’t want to spoil the surprise. Raul Menendez makes for a great villain and he’s not your typical I-want-to-blow-up-things-for-the-hell-of-it antagonist. Once you’ve played through the whole campaign you’ll understand why he’s a memorable baddie.

Unlike previous Call of Duty games, a lot of the decisions you take during the course of the game will decide how the story eventually pans out. There are multiple endings , but of course it’s not as in depth as an RPG. There’s also a couple of Strike Force missions that affect the campaign, where you get to control a team rather than a character. These missions are optional and available only for a certain number of missi0ns. The hugely popular Zombies section of the game also makes an appearance, and for the first time it also features it’s own campaign. It’s mostly geared towards the multiplayer portion of the game and is actually a part of it.

As far as gameplay is concerned, Black Ops 2 is still a pretty linear shooter and the slightly branching storylines are as much freedom as you’ll get. We’re not complaining though, because the Call of Duty series has always been known for strong campaign portions and Black Ops 2 is no different. Of course, the story being written by an eminent Hollywood writer helps too. For the most part it’s all running and gunning, but trademark action events are littered all over the game. Speaking of which, there’s no other shooter that has amazing cinematic moments like this one. Prepare for a lot of whiz bang sections where you’re looking at big stuff happen through the first person. It seriously never gets old. As for the actual shooting and control, you won’t need to learn anything new because it’s basically the same game since a couple of years. Which brings us to one of our complaints. Yes, the model for Call of Duty games is tried and tested and it works well, but we really want to see some change. The core gameplay remains unchanged and you rarely get the feeling of a “new” game.

The Strike Force portions of the game are a break from the campaign and are pretty fun once you get the hang of it. Initially it can be a little confusing, but once you understand how to control all the units it suddenly becomes much more tactical than running and gunning. However, unlike the campaign where you reload from checkpoints, the Strike Force missions feature permanent death, so tread lightly. You don’t really gain any upgrades or such over the course of the game, so there’s no XP points or such. During some levels you can access certain safes, rooms or boxes that are slightly out of the way for more weapons or equipment though. You can also customize your kit before starting a campaign mission.

The biggest gripe I have with Black Ops 2 is the graphics. It’s been almost 4 years and Call of Duty games have been using the same engine. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fairly good looking game, but it doesn’t really compare with games like Crysis 3 or Far Cry 3. Basically, for a flagship game and series, the engine is getting old and it desperately needs to look better to keep up. Activision really can’t squeeze out another game next year with the same engine, it’s already way past its prime. The use of the same engine is  not without it’s share of good though, even older computers will be able to play it and more computers can actually max it out. There’s a couple of new tech like self shadowing, better HDR lighting and such but it’s still pretty similar to the older games.

Voice acting and sound however, is really very good. There’s some big name Hollywood actors voicing the characters including Sam Worthington, Michael Keaton, James C. Burns and Gary Oldman in a special apperance. Explosions, gunshots, dialogues and general sound is fantastic and you’d really enjoy it on a surround sound speaker system. There weren’t any errors during my playthrough and very less framerate issues. For some reason though, in most missions the underlying line skeletons of models were showing up, although I think that’s more of a driver issue than game issue. System requirements aren’t all that heavy, check them out:

Black Ops 2 is one of those new things in an old package sort of deal, but damned if it’s not a good one. The campaign is solid, the multiplayer is addictive as ever and the new Zombies mode is fun. But the fact remains that Activision is playing it safe. It’s a great game that will make tons of money, but we’re really waiting for a next generation Call of Duty, Activision, are you listening?

Students who aspires to apply for VSAT 2013 Entrance Test are hereby Informed that Vignan University has Published the VSAT 2013 Rules. Students who aspires for Vignan University B.Tech Admissions 2013 Through JEE Main and EAMCET 2013 Entrance Test. 

Candidates should report to the respective centre 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the test.Live demonstration
of on-line test will be arranged for the candidates before the commencement of test.

Candidates must bring their hall ticket with them.

Note : Use of calculators, log tables and slide ruler, watches with facilities of calculator, pagers and cellular phones are strictly
prohibited for the test. Candidates should not bring any material with them except the Hall Ticket, Pen, H.B. Pencil and
eraser.

The test centre Co-ordinator is authorized to dismiss a candidate from the test for any of the following reasons:

 Creating disturbance. Attempting to take the test on behalf of someone else. Talking to other test taker(s). Use of calculators, slide rules, pagers, cell phones, concealed microphones, wireless devices or any other material that  may aid in answering questions.

The test is of 180 minutes duration.
No break is permitted during the test

How to apply online for Haryana Gramin Bank Recruitment

(i) Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website www.hgb.co.in  No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.

(ii) Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for

RRBs- Common Written Examination [CWE] conducted in September 2012) is kept active during the currency of arecruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview, etc. to the registered e-mail ID.

(iii) Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website www.hgb.co.in and click on the link “Recruitment”.

(iv) Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification.

the candidate should  take a printout of the fee payment challanFill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.Candidates can pay application fees in any of the branches of the Haryana Gramin Bank & Punjab National Bank only.Go to the nearest Haryana Gramin Bank & Punjab National Bank Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in

Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account Nos 80562100003427 with Haryana Gramin Bank or 0838001700002883 with Punjab National Bank. The details of fee to be paid is indicated below :

Candidates may find out the required branch address from the Bank’s website under head Branch of Haryana Gramin Bank across Haryana & that of Punjab National Bank across India.

(v) Obtain the Applicant’s Counterfoil Copy of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly authenticated by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & code No, (b) Transaction  id/Scroll number (c) Date of Deposit & amount filled by the Branch Official.

(vi) Candidates are now ready to Apply Online by re-visiting the “Recruitment” Link on the Bank’s website www.hgb.co.in. All the fields in the online Application format should be filled up carefully.

(vii) Carefully fill in the details such as fee payment details from the CBS Challan in the Online Application Form, scores obtained in stipulated CWE etc. at the appropriate places.

(viii) The transaction Id provided by the Branch after deposit of fee must be quoted in the application and the Original fee payment  receipt i.e CBS  challan will have to be submitted  along  with  copy of Application submitted online & the Call Letter at the time of Interview. Without original CBS challan the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Interview. Candidates are also advised to keep a photocopy of the fee payment challan with them.

(ix) The name of the candidate or his/her father/husband etc.  should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

(x) CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT  SUBMIT A PRINTOUT OF THE  APPLICATION  /  FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT (CBS challan) TO THE BANK AT THIS STAGE (be submitted at the time of Interview only).

(xi) Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying.  No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.

(xii) The Application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if short listed for Interview.
